GROUPON VOUCHER

• One Groupon allowance – The Groupon voucher is an introductory offer for new clients scheduling a service at Simply Bella Salon & Spa. If you have been to Simply Bella Salon before for a service with our staff this means you can not redeem an additional Groupon voucher. Gifted vouchers also apply to this policy. Fine print stated on the Groupon.

• SEND YOU GROUPON VOUCHER NUMBER along with your online booking or text/call to 954-536-4748.

• CONFIRMED GROUPON APPOINTMENTS:  Can be rescheduled or cancelled one time, as long as it is more than 24 hours prior to the confirmed appointment. 

• RESCHEDULING OR CANCELING: Limited to one time with no penalty or fees as long as this was completed more than 24 hours before the original appointment. If not, you will lose the promotional value (voucher will be redeemed) and be responsible for paying the balance to reach the full value of the same select Groupon service. 

• Treatments of 3 sessions must be complete in no more than six weeks or as technician recommend. Your voucher will be fully redeemed in six weeks.

• The amount paid for your Groupon will never expire and can be applied after the expiration date towards the full value of the same select Groupon service(s) with select technicians, on select days. The Groupon amount cannot be applied to substitutions of services for any reason.

• No Money back after two days of any service

• During the busy time of holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years' Eve, and Valentine's  Day), we require a 48-hour notice for cancellations.

• No kids under 8 year in the salon
